Terms of Service

Booking a site survey through this website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We confirm the date and time with you directly by phone, text or email.

Any pricing discussed before a survey is an estimate. A written quote is issued after we see the site, and it is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Work performed is limited to what is described in your written quote or work order. Additional work, materials, or changes requested after work begins may change the price and schedule, and will be confirmed with you first.

Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment so we can offer the slot to another customer.

If site conditions prevent safe or code-compliant work, we may need to reschedule until the conditions are corrected.

We stand behind our labor. Defects in our workmanship reported to us within the warranty period stated on your work order will be corrected at no labor cost.

Equipment and hardware are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. We will help you make a manufacturer claim, but we do not extend or replace the manufacturer's terms.

You are responsible for providing safe access to the work areas, for power and internet service at the property, and for any HOA, landlord, or building approvals that your installation requires.

Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice. Deposits, when required, are applied to the final balance. Balances are due on completion unless another schedule is agreed in writing.

Security, camera, alarm and network systems reduce risk, they do not eliminate it. We are not an alarm monitoring company and are not liable for losses caused by third-party services, internet or power outages, or equipment failures outside our control.

Our liability for any claim relating to our work is limited to the amount you paid us for that work, except where limiting liability is not permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Services are provided in the San Francisco Bay Area.
